Effective April 1, 2025, the Board of Trustees of the Northwest Roofers and Employers Health and Security Trust Fund took action to implement a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) program, administered through Navia Benefit Solutions. All eligible participants will have $50 credited to their HRA account for each month they are eligible for the Trust’s medical plan. Funds will accumulate month to month and will carry over for use each year. The HRA account can be used to pay for medical, dental, and vision expenses including but not limited to deductibles, coinsurance, copayments, and other dental/vision expenses not covered by the Plan.
